Summer is the peak of the gardening season and offers the opportunity to learn about the variety of activities involved in organic vegetable cultivation: planting, weeding, pest control and harvesting. The efficient and ergonomic execution of tasks plays an important role here, as do logistics and work organisation. This workshop gives you a comprehensive insight into the processes involved in professional vegetable growing.
